What We Collect
When you use our forms, we receive your name and email. For an enquiry, we also receive the type of stay and residence you chose, your dates, the number of guests and your message. We collect nothing else.
How We Use It
Only to contact you: to answer your enquiry, or to send opening rates if you joined the list. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Where It Is Stored
Form entries are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Emails to you are sent through Resend, our email provider. Both process data only on our behalf.
Spam Protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile runs only when you use a form.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Maps
Our location pages can show a Google Map. It loads only when you press “Show Google Map”. Google may then set cookies under its own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your Rights
Ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop emailing you. Write to hello@osyrabeachhouse.com and we will act within 30 days.
